Terms & conditions

Draft — pending legal review. Details in [square brackets] will be completed before launch.

1. Scope and seller

These terms apply to all orders placed on amare-atelier.com. The seller is:

[Company name] EOOD
[Registered address], Bulgaria
UIC (ЕИК): [number]
VAT number: [if registered]
Represented by: Victoria Genova
Email: v.genova@amare-atelier.com
Phone: [phone]

2. The artworks

Every artwork is a handmade original and exists only once. Colours may vary slightly on screen; texture, relief and reflections are part of the handcrafted character of each piece.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of artworks on the website is not a binding offer. By clicking "Order with obligation to pay" you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email. Because each work is unique, it is reserved for you for a limited time once you start payment; if payment is not completed in that time, the reservation ends.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro (EUR) and are final prices. [VAT statement once the VAT status is confirmed.] Shipping costs are shown before you place your order. We accept payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods offered at checkout through our payment provider Stripe. Payment is due when the order is placed.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within the European Union. Delivery times are shown at checkout. Each artwork is professionally packed, insured and shipped with tracking. For consumers, the risk passes when the artwork is handed over to you.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are set out in our information on the right of withdrawal. There is no right of withdrawal for commissioned works made to your specifications.

7. Legal guarantee and damage in transit

The statutory guarantee of conformity applies. If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and the packaging so that we can claim from the carrier — we will then send a replacement or refund you in full. This request does not limit your statutory rights.

8. Commissions

Commissioned works are created according to an individual agreement (size, colours, price, timeline). Details such as a deposit are agreed in writing before work begins. Commissioned works cannot be returned once production has begun.

9. Copyright

The purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical work. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with the artist.

10. Certificate of authenticity

Every original is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

11. Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country in which they habitually reside. Information on out-of-court dispute resolution is available in our legal notice.
